Hi, I’m Hollie — Health Coach & Founder of HollieJane.com

Like so many women, I spent years caught in the cycle of emotional eating, trying every new diet, and drowning in the endless noise of conflicting health advice. Nothing felt sustainable.

At the same time, I watched the strong, beautiful women in my own family struggle through perimenopause — battling weight gain, confusion, and the frustration of not feeling like themselves. It made me realise: it isn’t a lack of willpower. It’s a lack of clear, simple, individualised guidance.

That’s why I became a Health Coach. My mission is to help women in perimenopause cut through the myths and contradictions, and finally achieve simple, sustainable weight loss that works in real life — no fads, no diets, no guilt.
