Hi, I’m Hollie — Health, Life & Career Coach, and founder of HollieJane.com.
Like many people, I spent years trying to balance work, family, and wellbeing, feeling tired, overwhelmed, and unsure of what really worked. I realised that improving health isn’t about willpower or quick fixes — it’s about clear, simple, and individualised guidance.
At the same time, my experience in the military taught me the value of resilience, structure, and accountability — skills I now bring to every coaching relationship. My mission is to help people improve their energy, focus, and wellbeing so they can function better in life and work, sustainably and practically.
